As president of Andi Howard Entertainment, Andi Howard Ringe is one of the most influential women in the music industry today. Joining forces with musician/composer/producer Russ Freeman over 25 years ago, she has guided his career as leader and founder of the breakthrough band The Rippingtons. Under the banner AHE, she continues to represent Freeman along with saxophonists Paul Taylor and Eric Marienthal, the GRAMMY award winning group All 4 One along with keyboardists Lao Tizer, Jonathan Fritzen and pop-rock artist Corey Robinson (son of the late Ray Charles).

During her career, Andi was partner in the management company GHR Entertainment, whose roster included Howard Hewitt, Ramsey Lewis, Keith Washington, and The Whispers. She also co-founded with Freeman, Peak Records, which for over twenty years has become one of the most sought-after creative havens for such recording artists as David Benoit, Wayne Brady, Gerald Albright, Will Downing, Mindi Abair and Lee Ritenour, among others.

Andi is also a Pilates instructor and is teaching performing artists to incorporate the principles of Pilates and its technique to their craft.
